NaBloPoMo, Day 1.

Hello NaBloPoMo!
As this month’s NaBloPoMo theme is food, I’m going to juggle blogs a bit and try to post over at my food blog, Principia Gastronomica, as well. Back in 2005 I hassled Jeremy for months on end to get him to set up a food blog for us. I love having the blog and I’m really proud of how it’s turned out, but I’m pretty terrible at updating it—mostly because it generally takes a long time for me to document a foodstuff well enough to write a post about it.
I hate seeing Principia Gastronomica languish like it has, though, so I’m going to try to be more relaxed about it now and update it more frequently. And that’s just what I’ve done today. After seven(!) months of silence, there’s a new recipe up over there: pea, radish and feta salad. It’s snappy, it’s seasonal, it’s pretty to look at—it’s a great summer salad, now that summer has finally arrived in England (however briefly).
